Parent Commitment

Commitment to continue breastfeeding as your baby's primary nourishment during the first months of returning to work.

Commitment to use family, peer and professional resources when available to meet the needs of your baby and yourselves.

Commitment to limit working to less than 30 hours a week during this period and to be in touch about your baby's needs during the day.
